Doug leads Schemmer’s Engineering Division and has served as both design engineer and construction engineer with Schemmer on several multi-million-dollar municipal projects in the region. Having been with Schemmer since 1997, Doug utilizes his design experience to continue to manage projects, conduct quality reviews, and now manage great employees while mentoring engineers, technicians, and field staff. He works with other visionary leaders within the company to ensure the future of Schemmer is successful and continues to focus on serving Schemmer’s clients.
