Jason leads operations for Schemmer’s Architecture Division, helping teams stay aligned, projects stay on track, and clients well supported from start to finish. His approach is practical and steady, shaped by years of experience working across multiple disciplines within the firm.

Over the course of his career, Jason has worn a lot of hats, including Commercial and Industrial Group Leader, Structural Engineering Manager, and Industrial Market Leader. That range of experience gives him a unique perspective, especially when it comes to solving complex challenges and bringing teams together.

While he has worked on both public and private projects, much of Jason’s recent focus has been on industrial facilities, where efficiency, coordination, and long-term performance are critical.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys keeping things simple. You’ll often find him grilling, fishing, or spending time playing games with family and friends. He originally thought he’d become a brain surgeon, but found his path in design and never looked back.

Jason was born in Aurora, Nebraska and grew up in York, Nebraska, and he still carries that Midwest mindset into how he works and leads every day.
