Matt brings more than two decades of experience in civil engineering, with a background that spans design, construction, and project management. He has worked across both public and private sectors, helping deliver projects that range from municipal utilities to complex site development.

His experience includes sanitary collection systems, lift stations, trenchless construction, stormwater management, ADA compliance, drinking water systems, site layout and grading, and recreational facility design. That breadth allows Matt to see the full picture and help guide projects from early planning through completion of construction.

Throughout his career, Matt has built a reputation for delivering high quality results and keeping projects moving forward with integrity and attention to detail. He brings a practical mindset to each project, balancing technical expertise with real-world application.

Matt has and continues to serve in various roles and committees for industry-focused organizations, including ACEC, ASCE, and APWA.

Matt will tell you his path to engineering came after an unsuccessful attempt at becoming a professional bounty hunter and a failed pet rock daycare startup, a sense of humor that still shows up in how he approaches his work and interacts with others. Outside of the office, he enjoys tackling DIY home improvement projects, travelling with his wife, and spending time with his son, including teaching him which words are definitely not appropriate for school.
