Over the course of his career, Matt has worked on a wide range of projects, building a reputation for steady leadership and dependable results. His strength lies in understanding the details while keeping the bigger picture in focus, helping projects move forward smoothly from start to finish.

Matt found his way into engineering early on through a natural strength in math and science, and that analytical mindset still shows up in how he approaches his work today.

Outside of the office, Matt enjoys spending time outdoors and attending sporting events. He also has a unique talent for quickly counting the number of letters in a word, a small detail that speaks to the way his mind naturally works.
