Rob brings nearly two decades of experience in civil engineering, specializing in site design that helps projects come together from the ground up. His work focuses on grading, drainage, utilities, paving, and other key site elements that keep developments running smoothly.

He has worked on a wide range of projects, including site development, residential and industrial subdivisions, lift stations, stormwater management, ADA accessibility improvements, pavement repair, and bike and trail systems. That variety gives Rob a strong understanding of how different pieces of a project connect and what it takes to make them successful.

Rob has supported clients across multiple markets, including industrial, commercial, senior living, multifamily and single family residential development. He earned his degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska Omaha and is a graduate of Schemmer’s Leadership Academy. He also stays involved in the community, supporting the TeamMates Mentoring Program and serving on the board of the Nebraska Foundation for Cancer Research.

Rob was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is a proud owner of the Green Bay Packers, part of a very large and very loyal group of shareholders. As a kid, he even modeled for Kohl’s to help save for college.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys golfing, boating, hunting, and spending time with his wife, Kelley, and their son, Braylen.
