Seth brings more than two decades of experience in architecture, including 16 years as a licensed architect, working across a variety of project types. He serves as both project manager and design architect, staying closely connected to his team and clients throughout each phase of a project.

He is known for his collaborative approach and his ability to balance design vision with practical execution, helping guide projects from concept through completion. Seth has also been active in the profession, serving on committees within the AIA Iowa chapter and previously leading Central Iowa Canstruction.

Outside of work, Seth stays deeply involved in his community. He re-founded his hometown’s Cub Scout Pack and continues to serve as an active committee member of the Boy Scout Troop. He also coaches freshman and sophomore football at his hometown school.

At home, Seth enjoys time with his family and will tell you that raising two high schoolers keeps things interesting.
