Tom brings more than three decades of experience in project management and mechanical engineering, working on both new construction and renovation projects. His work spans military, government, education, and healthcare facilities, giving him a broad perspective on how buildings need to perform in different environments.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and later completed his MBA at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Tom is a licensed professional engineer in Nebraska and Illinois and a certified energy manager.

Before transitioning into the private sector, Tom served 20 years as an Air Force Engineering Officer, where he was responsible for maintaining base infrastructure. That experience continues to shape his practical, mission-focused approach to projects today.

He remains active in the industry and community as a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers and the Society of American Military Engineers, and serves on the advisory board for the Nebraska Business Development Center. Tom is also an Eagle Scout and stays involved with the Boy Scouts through the council’s properties committee.

Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, gardening, golfing, biking, and traveling.
