The Fontenelle Hills Project in Bellevue, Nebraska, focuses on street improvements and reconstruction in the Fontenelle Hills and Forest Hills neighborhoods. Schemmer is partnering with the City of Bellevue as the civil engineering consultant, working to strengthen local infrastructure and support the needs of the surrounding community.

To support the project, the team is using advanced aerial photogrammetry to better understand existing conditions and guide the design process. High-resolution aerial imagery and survey data were collected and processed to create accurate orthomosaic maps and detailed 3D surface models of the project area.

These models give the project team a clear view of the site and help create visualizations for design reviews and stakeholder meetings. The resulting data allows complex engineering concepts to be translated into visuals that make it easier for everyone involved to understand the project and make informed decisions.
