We're nearing the end of construction on McNeil Refrigeration's new headquarters.
The McNeil Refrigeration Headquarters project is located at 14070 S. 220th St in the NC Industrial Park North subdivision in Gretna, Nebraska. This project involves the design and construction of a new headquarters building for McNeil Refrigeration. The project design utilized a pre-engineered steel structure for another project and modified it for this project’s requirements. The building consists of 25,000 sf of shop space and 9,200 sf of corporate office space.
Schemmer's scope of work encompasses a comprehensive range of services including civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical design services for this project. In addition, Schemmer assisted with the preparation of necessary permits and provided support during the bidding and construction phases.
Ronco Construction Company, the general contractor of the project, tells Schemmer this project is expected to be completed by the fall of 2024.
