Jayme Robbins, a Des Moines-based Marketing Specialist, has been selected to join the Clive Emerging Leaders program through the Clive Chamber of Commerce. Since joining Schemmer in April 2024, Jayme has consistently demonstrated her marketing expertise. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in marketing and public relations from Waldorf College and brings 14 years of marketing and leadership experience. Jayme is committed to taking ownership, driving results, and exceeding expectations, whether working independently or collaboratively.

Clive Emerging Leaders is a professional development program designed to advance the careers of young professionals. By fostering relationships and offering diverse development opportunities, the program aims to create a confident, educated, and well-prepared workforce of emerging leaders. Sessions include professional development learning experiences and social activities.
Sean Wehling
Sean Wehling, a rapidly emerging Lincoln-based architect, has been selected to join the esteemed Leadership Lincoln program. Since joining Schemmer in 2021 as an architectural designer, Sean has significantly grown and gained expertise, earning his professional license in February 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Design in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
With eight years of architectural experience, Sean is passionate about projects from early programming to construction administration. His work encompasses challenging renovations and new construction of schools, theaters, and commercial spaces. Sean effectively coordinates multidisciplinary efforts, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and client satisfaction. He has successfully collaborated with local, regional, and federal government entities, as well as private industry.
Sean's portfolio includes notable projects such as the Lovely Skin Retail and Distribution Center in Gretna, NE, and the Offutt Air Force Base Dormitory Renovations in Bellevue, NE. His dedication to his craft and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to any team or project.

Leadership Lincoln was founded in 1985 by a group of community leaders who recognized the need for a pool of well-trained, well-informed, and well-connected individuals.
