On Wednesday, August 21st, Schemmer Leadership Academy had their 2018/19 graduation at Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano in Omaha, Nebraska.
Schemmer Leadership Academy
The internal leadership program was created to:
- develop the leadership skills of key members of our firm
- provide quality educational opportunities for future company leaders
- enhance professional growth, teamwork and the entrepreneurial spirit
The 10-month program consists of:
- leadership coursework
- community involvement
- interaction with current company leaders
- a group project
