Get to Know the New Schemmer Shareholders and Associates
Schemmer is pleased to announce two new shareholders and four new associates of the firm. Congratulations to these individuals.
Schemmer’s New Shareholders
Schemmer is pleased to announce Dan Marti, PLS, and Michael Sinclair, AIA, have exercised stock offer options to become shareholders of the firm.
Dan Marti, PLS, has more than 20 years of experience in surveying and construction. He manages Schemmer’s internal survey operations and is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the survey crews.
Michael Sinclair, AIA, has 20 years of diverse experience in new construction and renovation projects from design through construction administration. His experience includes mixed-use developments, military, industrial, commercial, student housing and higher education projects.
Schemmer’s New Associates
Schemmer is also pleased to announce Konrad Broer; Bryce Johnson, PE, LEED AP, QCxP; Derik Knock, LEED AP BD+C; and Paula Latham, MSHPM, CPRS; have been named new Associates of the firm.
Konrad Broer, Senior Project Representative, has 29 years of experience in construction and leads Schemmer’s Construction Administration Department. He is experienced in the review and coordination of engineering, architecture, structural and civil plans, with associated specifications, to produce comprehensive project manuals.
Bryce Johnson, PE, LEED AP, QCxP, has 23 years of experience as a mechanical engineer. He has a wide range of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) projects in various market sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and religious facilities.
Derik Knock, LEED AP BD+C, has 19 years of experience as a Civil Design Technician that assists with the design of a wide range of projects by performing a variety of tasks including grading, site layout, roadway profiles, cross sections, pipelines, utility systems and storm sewer systems.
Paula Latham, MSHPM, CPRS, has been with Schemmer for 18 years and serves as the Accounting Supervisor/Deltek Administrator for the firm. Paula oversees the day-to-day activities of the Accounting Department, serves as the administrator for the firm’s Deltek Vision system and is Schemmer’s wellness coordinator.
