Clive City Councilman Eric Klein expressed his enthusiasm for Schemmer joining the Clive business family. "You guys have a distinct firm. You're well known. You do a tremendous job. It's a really nice match up to be right here in Clive, where we've got a professional community with great amenities and great services. I think it's a match made in heaven," he said.
Schemmer's team also shared their excitement about the new office. President Steve Kathol emphasized the joy of seeing their designs come to life and the opportunity to work in a collaborative and inspiring environment. "One of the best things about our job as architects and engineers is to see all those ideas come together to the finished product. I think it's really a modern office building and it's going to help us do our work and perform for our clients."
