Chantacleer 5 is a new apartment community in Lincoln, Nebraska by Krueger Development. SCHEMMER worked in conjunction with the owner’s design architect, Keith Dubas, who is responsible for the overall project design. The apartments range from one to three-bedrooms and studio units. Amenities include community space, meeting room, theater, exercise room, a 3,950 SF indoor pool and underground parking garages.
