Schemmer Signs R&R Realty's Waterford Traveling Beam
Schemmer provided architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical design for the Waterford building. The project is a four-story, 180,000 SF, Class A office building located at the intersection of 192nd Street and West Dodge Road. The buildings are configured as two office wings and a central commons/entrance area. The first building is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in Spring 2021.
