Schemmer is pleased to welcome Peter Hind, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, as a senior architect based in the Lincoln, Neb., office. Peter has 20 years of experience in residential, commercial and multi-family design. Prior to Schemmer, he was principal and founder of his own award-winning architecture and construction firm. Peter also served as a professor, visiting instructor and lecturer at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln for nearly a decade. At Schemmer, he will be responsible for architecture services on multiple project types.
Peter has a Master of Architecture degree and Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies degree from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. He has also studied design at The Architectural Association in London and psychology at the University of Ottawa – Canada. Peter is a licensed architect in Neb. and Minn., United States Green Building Council LEED 2.0 Accredited Professional and holds a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards certification.
