Each year through Schemmer Gives Back, we provide professional architectural and engineering services to a nonprofit organization working to make a difference in the communities we serve. The program was created to help organizations move projects forward and support the work they’re already doing locally.

Based in Omaha, Spark focuses on neighborhood revitalization, housing, economic development, and community partnerships throughout the metro area. Their work helps create opportunities for long-term investment and growth in areas that have historically been overlooked.

Spark also supports emerging developers and community leaders through educational programs, advocacy efforts, and collaborative development initiatives designed to strengthen neighborhoods from within.
