SYP Helps to Keep Omaha Beautiful
The cold weather didn't stop Schemmer's Young Professionals (SYP) from coming together on Friday, October 23rd to help our community in a socially distanced trail litter pick up. Through the environmental non-profit organization, Keep Omaha Beautiful, SYP volunteers signed up to clean up the Big Papio Trail. Members met on 103rd Street and split into two groups, each covering approximately one mile of the trail in either direction.
SYP believes that in order to be a successful and well-rounded professional, volunteering to help our community is an important factor. Taking a couple of hours out of our day is just one way we can contribute to the better good of this place we call home.
