Des Moines, Iowa - The Deco, a new residential development located at the intersection of 13th Street and Mulberry Street in downtown Des Moines, is nearing completion.
This contemporary five-story structure, spanning approximately 64,000 square feet, will house 82 modern units. The ground floor is planned to accommodate future commercial tenants, a fitness center, a lobby, restrooms, and covered parking.
"Floors two through five are predominantly residential apartments, complemented by shared amenities such as a community room and a rooftop patio with views of 13th Street," said Architect John Bloom.
