The decision to build the 11th Year-Round Brown tanning salon location in Sioux Falls started as a need to find a place that was in line with their growing clientele. In their search, Year-Round Brown found exactly what they were looking for on West 57th Street at the former location of Rudy Navarette’s Tex-Mexican restaurant. The location was appealing largely for its parking and greater access to the south side of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Year-Round Brown Opens 11th Location with the Help of Schemmer
Once they settled on a location, owner Zach Neugebauer knew he needed help to create a vision for the new Year-Round Brown location. So, Zach reached out to Katie Ashmore who put him in touch with Steve Thompson and the Schemmer team.
The old restaurant proved challenging when creating a new look for the largest Year-Round Brown tanning salon. Zach wanted the new look to resemble a contemporary farmhouse all while also incorporating the latest tanning technology.
Schemmer was able to help Year-Round Brown create a new facility that offers 40 beautiful rooms full of sunbeds, spray tanning, custom airbrush spray tanning, red-light therapy, and brand-new infrared sauna service.
