Project Details
Schemmer was retained to provide architectural and engineering services for the United Republic Bank Building facility including a canopy over three drive-through lanes and an ATM. The facility is a two-story office building, approximately 25,000 gross square feet located in West Dodge Hills Development at 181st and Burke, Omaha. The bank initially occupies 5,000 square feet with the intent of expanding to 10,000 square feet in the future.
