Schemmer remodeled a 6,900 SF first floor tenant space into an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), complete with four Operating Rooms, two Procedure Rooms, and corresponding Pre-Op, Post-Op and Recovery bays. Space also includes a reception and waiting area, as well as staff support areas.
The design team worked closely with the Owner to create a space that not only fits all of the required components but also provided an efficient layout for both patients and staff. The design incorporates built-in wayfinding for patients, through the use of flooring patterns and ceiling elements.
The mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded to meet the high standards of surgical space.
Schemmer provided the architectural, mechanical, and electrical design for the project.
