Broadwell Senior Living | Project Update
Schemmer designed approximately 130,000 square feet of the new Broadwell Senior Living community located in Kearney, Nebraska. Broadwell Senior Living is a 120 unit, three-story facility that will offer a variety of living options to allow residents to age in place. As residents’ needs and abilities change, so can the level of assistance they receive. This facility will feature:
- State of the art exercise room
- Clinic for the residents
- Physical therapy for the residents
- Indoor/outdoor wellness opportunities
- Views of Yanney Park/Yanney Lake
- Convenient location across from the Kearney Regional Hospital
The building is wood framed above grade. There is a total of 131,659 square feet of occupiable space and the buildings are fully sprinkled.
This $23M project is in the final stages of construction and residents will be able to move in at the end of 2021.
