Ribbon Cutting for the Waterford Building in Omaha, NE
Schemmer's Dan Kerns, AIA, attended the ribbon cutting at The Waterford Building, a 180,000 SF, Class A office building for R&R Realty.
R&R Realty engaged Schemmer to provide architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical design for the building.
Fountain Ridge Office Park
The Waterford Building is the first of many at Fountain Ridge Office Park near 192nd and West Dodge Streets. The structure features two office wings and a central commons/entrance area. The buildings are oriented towards Dodge Street and will be readily visible with reflective glass curtain walls and aluminum composite wall panels.

Construction of this four-story office building began in October 2019. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, R&R Realty installed medical-grade air filters to provide cleaner, safer air to protect the health and wellness of the tenants through the pandemic and beyond.
