Schemmer is pleased to announce the promotion of Dan Kerns, AIA, to Executive Manager, Architecture
Since joining Schemmer in 2015, Dan Kerns, AIA, has held the following roles in our Omaha office:

Dan obtained a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Dan is a licensed professional architect in:

- South Dakota
- Oklahoma
- Illinois
- North Dakota
- Arkansas
Dan’s skill, business acumen, and overall love for architecture have had a significant positive impact on the firm. These traits have led to many successful projects in the commercial and industrial markets, in addition to a variety of others.
As Executive Manager of Architecture, Dan will directly manage the architecture division managers in Omaha, Lincoln, Des Moines, Sioux Falls, and Oklahoma City while also providing overall leadership of our practice in design excellence, quality, consistency, and sustainability. He will continue to be involved in managing projects for his existing clients and project pursuits with new and existing clients.
