TYLER LERDAHL, P.E. – TRANSPORTATION TEAM LEAD – OMAHA METRO
Tyler has over 10 years of experience as a Civil Engineer. He brings his leadership and dedication to many diverse projects. Tyler joined Schemmer in 2012 as an intern and was hired as a full-time team member in 2013. He became an associate in 2020 and now, Tyler’s new role will allow him to utilize his mentoring capabilities and municipal roadway and utility design experience to build bench strength with the transportation team and support continued growth in the Greater Omaha Metro Area.
ALEX ROTH, P.E. – TRANSPORTATION TEAM LEAD – LINCOLN METRO
Alex joined Schemmer in 2014 and has demonstrated leadership in the realm of hydraulic analysis and roadway design. This has led to many successful projects including urban and rural roadway design and bridge replacement projects along with complex drainage analysis, bridge modeling, culvert analysis, open channel flow analysis, and floodplain certifications. Alex will utilize his skills and experience to lead and mentor other staff and support continued growth at Schemmer.
ADAM SLEEPER, P.E. – TRANSPORTATION TEAM LEAD – DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
Adam has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of transportation projects. He has played a significant role in Schemmer’s Department of Transportation (DOT) projects since he joined Schemmer in 2006. This has provided him with diverse insight on federally-funded projects including roadways, bridges, interchanges, and overpasses. As the lead design engineer for large Nebraska DOT projects over the last decade, his talents and experience play a key role in his success in this new position.
