How do you measure success?
" I'd say I measure success by having repeat clients come back that want to work with us. When the project is done and constructed, they're happy with the results and come to us for their next one."
What is your favorite memory at Schemmer?
"My favorite memory would definitely be when we were working for the National Park Service, and we got to tour the archive where they keep all of President Truman's old artifacts that they took out of his house. One of the things that we got to see was a pair of his presidential boxer shorts. They were white with red ants all over them. It was very, very stately."
